The Agency & Hotel Contracting System is a cloud-based B2B platform where a travel agency manages its hotel inventory, its purchase and sale contracts and its pricing policy. Seasons, room types, occupancy multipliers, child age bands, early booking and length-of-stay discounts are entered into the contract; the price is calculated from the live contract at the moment of every search.
An operator creates bookings from the panel, while the widget embedded in the hotel website sells directly to the end guest. Payment is taken through our Payment Collection infrastructure. Several agencies work separately within the same system; each agency is opened turnkey with its own subdomain and website.
It connects to your own application over a REST API. Reservations, payments and mail traffic are followed from the panel.
